Everyone is crazy about Google; everyone wants to be listed in Google. So that unknown customers can reach out to them and get an attractive sales growth. And it’s also quite easy. Google has developed its technology in such a way that anyone can take advantage of it. I know if you have any business then you must have also listed in Google by now. But the question is, what percentage of Google’s complete service you can take advantage of. Whereas all their basic services are free.

Moving on, there is a small business performance table, post performance section, and latest reviews to see. Seeing just this, we go out. Never even try to look further than this.

Google My Business Insights

The Insights section is one such section which would be totally foolish to ignore. You must pay attention to it in your free time. Here you will get the complete analysis of the business. The first graph where you will get to know about the customer’s search nature. You can find out what percentage of people search by your business name. Which will be visible to you in the name of Direct and it will be displayed in green colour curve.

Then you will see a blue coloured curve which shows what percentage of people have reached your business searching for any category, product or service. Customers who have reached your business searching for any brand related information. And the full circle shows the total number of customers who have viewed your business for one reason or another.

Customers view and actions

Moving forward, you will see another graph which will tell you how many people have searched you in Google on which day and how many people have searched on the map. Remember that you will be able to see every graph given by Google from three perspectives. First weekly, second monthly and third quarterly. In the top left side of the graph you will find the option. If you look at the day-to-day basis, you will understand that why a large number of people have come to you on a particular day. What was special that you did on that day? Or some special incident has happened around you on that day. If possible, you increase the number of customers by repeating that work.

In further customer actions, you will find that how many people visited your website on the day, how many people could reach you using map, how many people called you by taking number from google. And how many people messaged you through Google. A map is shown immediately below it. From here you will be able to know from which place how many people have requested for your business location. Below the map you’ll find a graph of a phone call again. In which it has been shown in the details that on which day how many people have called you. Then there will be another graph from where you will be able to know at what time of the day when your business is most searched.

And by combining all the above four graphs, you will understand that at what time and why people reached you. Have you made any offers these days? Did you activate any discount plans? Did you launch any particular product or provide any special service on that day? You will remember all these things while paying attention to these days. And accordingly, you will have a very clear understanding of what steps to take next in your business.

Photo views and Photo quantity

Photo view and photo quality These two sections will tell you about the activity of your competitive business. The first graph will show you how many people have viewed photos posted by you and your customers on Google on particular day. And just below the graph, a camera icon will be showing an advice from Google about how your photo is performing. And also gives you a link to post more pictures. It directly indicates that the more photos the more views. Whether that photo is posted by you or your customers.

And the second graph will tell you that how many photos are in your profile in comparison to your competitors’ profile. And how many of these pictures you posted and how many of your customers. Overall, from these two sections, you will understand how much attention you have to pay on Google in order to attract your customers.
