Terms and conditions for services

Overview

Our refund and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund of web application or software, the product delivered to you must be of a completely inactive nature or contain more than 20 unavoidable technical errors.

Under no circumstances can we return you the value of the server location and domain name. If you buy any type of electronic goods from us, then in case of manufacturing defects in that goods, it can be put in the process of exchange, for any other type of fault you will have to take service from the authorized service center of the same company.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Tailor made application products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually it takes 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Failure of transaction

In case of failure of transaction at the time of purchase, it is automatically refunded to your source payment mode. And this process may take up to 7 days. If still you do not get refund then repeat the Late or missing refunds process and then contact us.

Exchanges

We replace items with manufacturing defects. You will be eligible for a refund only if the item is in out of stock.

Subscription Product

Note that if you are using a subscription product and you cancel in the middle of the term, you will not be eligible for any refund in this circumstance. Yes, you do not need to pay any further money against that product. And if any money has been deducted from your account against your canceled subscription product, then you should contact us with your transaction ID as soon as possible. In this circumstance you will be eligible for a full refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send your product to: B3/2, Rishabh Apartment, Gunmoy Colony, Mango Chowk, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India-831012.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
