These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Client", "you") and Dashing Webtech ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), registered under MSME No. UDYAM-JH-06-0018643, with its principal registered office at RISHAB APARTMENT, Mango Chowk, Gunmoy Colony, Mango, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand 831012.

By visiting our website (https://dashingwebtech.in), purchasing digital products, hiring engineering services, subscribing to website bundles or domain services, or registering through our Client Portal, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to bind yourself or the legal business entity you represent to these Terms.

Dashing Webtech offers specialized digital, engineering, and cloud solutions, including:

• A. Turnkey Website & Portal Bundles: Custom-coded WordPress, Next.js, and headless CMS web applications with domain registration, enterprise hosting, SSL, business email, and annual maintenance.
• B. Pharma & Enterprise Sales Tools: Interactive eDetailer engines, Daily Call Reporting (DCR) systems, and specialized field reporting web applications.
• C. Digital Products & Software Licenses: Downloadable templates, custom software modules, and standalone API integrations.
• D. Managed Domain & Cloud Infrastructure: Domain registration, DNS delegation, SSL certificate provisioning, and Cloudflare/AWS cloud environment management.

When registering through our checkout flow or Client Portal (/my-account/), you agree to provide authentic, accurate, and current First Name, Last Name, Company Name, and Billing Address.

Clients who checkout without prior login are automatically provisioned with a secure customer account using their billing information, and credentials are dispatched to the client's verified email. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and immediately notifying us of any unauthorized account access.

All commercial prices on Dashing Webtech are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Itemized pricing breakdowns and applicable statutory charges are reflected transparently during checkout and on official commercial invoices.

Our website and cloud product bundles operate on flexible annual and multi-year subscription terms, which include recurring maintenance, cloud hosting, and domain lifecycle renewals:

• Order Placement & Initial Status: Upon successful online payment, the WooCommerce order is marked as Order Placed, and the subscription record is created with status Processing.
• Under Development: While our engineering team configures domains, develops web apps, and provisions cloud servers, the order status reflects Under Development.
• Published / Active: Once engineering deliverables are verified and live on the internet, the order is updated to Published and the subscription activates its recurring lifecycle.
• Multi-Year Discounting: Multi-year plans receive locked-in discounted recurring rates and one-time setup fee waivers.
• Renewal Notifications: Automated email notices are issued 30 days, 15 days, and 7 days prior to the expiration of any subscription term.

New Domains: Domains purchased via our bundle configurator are registered with accredited registrars in your business name. You own full legal ownership of the registered domain name.
Existing Domains: If using an existing domain name, the customer is responsible for pointing nameservers or configuring DNS A/CNAME records as instructed by our technical onboarding team.

As Dashing Webtech specializes in digital products, web development, and cloud services, physical shipping is not applicable. Service delivery is executed electronically:

• Digital Products & Software Licenses: Delivered instantly or within 24 hours via email download links and Client Portal access.
• Turnkey Website Bundles: Domain registration and server provisioning initiate within 24–48 business hours. Full custom development milestones are completed within 7 to 21 business days, subject to timely receipt of client assets.
• Proof of Delivery: Successful deployment on the client's registered domain name, transmission of administrative credentials, or electronic download logs serve as definitive proof of delivery.

We strive for exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below:

Upon 100% settlement of all agreed invoice fees, the client owns all bespoke custom code, branding graphics, copy, and database contents created for their project. Dashing Webtech retains ownership over its core proprietary frameworks, pre-built utility libraries, and development boilerplates, granting the client a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use such tools.

We target a 99.9% server uptime SLA across our cloud-hosted subscription platforms. In no event shall Dashing Webtech, its directors, or developers be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from upstream ISP network outages, cyber-attacks, or unauthorized client modifications.

These Terms and all commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, difference, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
