  • “Services” include website development, WordPress plugins, CRM solutions, eCommerce software, branding services, and any other digital solutions we provide.

  • “Subscription” refers to any recurring payment model for our software or services.

  • “Third-Party Services” refer to external tools or platforms we integrate, such as Zoho, WooCommerce, and payment gateways.

2. General Terms

  • By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.

3. Services & Product Usage

3.1. Website Development & Hosting

  • Free domain and hosting (if included in a package) are valid for the first year only. Renewal fees apply afterward.

  • Hosting services are provided by third-party vendors; we are not responsible for server downtime or third-party issues.

  • Customization requests beyond agreed deliverables may incur additional costs.

3.2. Pharma & Healthcare Solutions

  • Our Digital Visual Aid (eDetailer) is delivered as PowerPoint presentations and is not integrated with CRM systems.

  • Pharma CRM & Reporting System is designed for small and medium pharmaceutical businesses and requires proper onboarding.

  • All branding & packaging designs (e.g., leave-behind designs, product mockups) are subject to copyright protections.

3.3. eCommerce & Business Solutions

  • The eCommerce Growth Suite and other business tools require domain and hosting setup.

  • We integrate third-party services like Zoho Corporate Emails and payment gateways but are not responsible for their policies or performance.

3.4. Support & Maintenance

  • Free support is available for 30 days post-delivery unless otherwise stated.

  • Maintenance contracts must be purchased separately for continued support.

  • Clients must back up their data before requesting major changes.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

4.1. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made upfront before service commencement unless stated otherwise.

  • Subscription-based services are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

4.2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • We offer NO REFUNDS on digital products, plugins, or services once delivered.

  • Subscription cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the renewal date.

  • For website development, refunds are only applicable before the work has begun, subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All websites, plugins, and branding materials developed by Dashing Webtech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software.

  • Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for loss of profits, business disruptions, or third-party failures.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of software or websites due to external factors like hosting failures or cyberattacks.

7. Data Privacy & Security

  • We comply with GDPR and data protection laws.

  • Clients are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

  • We do not store payment information; all transactions are handled via secure third-party payment gateways.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate services without notice if a client violates these Terms.

  • Clients may terminate services by providing written notice, but no refunds will be issued for remaining service periods.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
